All hunts are paid in advance (excluding Day Hunts); the order in which we receive payment determines the order of hunts. The only exception is Trophy Hunts that take precedent over all other hunts.

The cost of all hunts does not include a gratuity to your guide(s), which is customary.

Please note: Five Nine Outfitters is in the business of hunting, not entertainment. While we are known for our hospitality, our main goal is to make sure your hunt is successful. Historically our elk hunts take less than three days. A kill and the removal of your game from the hunt area concludes Five Nine Outfitters' obligation to our clients (unless other arrangements have been made in advance). We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during your stay, including game taken by predators. We will do our best to make your stay a memorable one but remember always, that you are in God's Country and “Acts of God” are legendary.
